Embark on a 24-month journey at LocalBini dedicated to fostering vibrant communities and discovering diverse personalities who will host unique Experiences across Europe. We’re looking for individuals who thrive on social interaction, have a knack for engaging people on social media, and are eager to help shape the future of our community-driven platform. Throughout this program, you’ll gain a holistic perspective of our startup operations while working closely with management.
As a selected Candidate, you’ll not only be involved in everyday tasks but also lead initiatives to expand our network of Locals. Your role will center around sourcing and recruiting talented personalities for our Originals and Youniq categories, collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless onboarding, and spearheading community-building strategies.
Commence your 2-year journey in St. Gallen and culminate in a full-time role as e.g. “Head of Community Growth”, enabling you to contribute directly to our success.
