💻 About your position

This role is suited to a person who has the power to lead the commercial activities of a versatile tech-startup, while at the same time ensuring smooth sales procedures. An innovative, creative but at the same time structured mindset is a key indicator that you will be successful in joining and integrating in the team. Your role is to plan, steer, and execute external activities (business development, partnerships etc.).

Your core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Analyzing new business opportunities & developing further distribution channels (B2B/ B2B2C).
2. Analyzing the current distribution incentives and developing a helicopter distribution communication roadmap (in line with expansion strategy for B2B2C and B2C).
3. Developing public relationships & representing us in front of external stakeholders.

• Quantifiable & demonstrable work experience in the above described responsibilities.
• Strong social competences and emotional intelligence.
• Being able to execute (“just-do-it” attitude).
• Proficient skills in English.

An exciting position in a dynamic international team. This role can be based in Berlin, Poznan or St. Gallen and is compensated with a mixture of cash + shares in our Company.

For the Berlin or St Gallen office, C2 German skills is a compulsory requirement.

Important note: In order to be accepted for this position, you will be required to first successfully complete a 2-year program (fulltime, locally in St. Gallen).
