Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the operational backbone of a fast-growing tech startup? LocalBini’s 2-year career program in Operations Management offers you the opportunity to dive into all aspects of business operations while preparing for a future leadership role, such as Operations Associate.
☑️ What you can expect
You will develop hands-on expertise in running and optimizing the operations of a versatile and dynamic startup. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage customer service channels, including handling Zendesk tickets and the phone hotline, with a view to automate repetitive tasks.
- Process bookings, maintain documentation, and continually refine workflows with AI to boost productivity and accuracy.
- Communicate with locals and travelers to ensure high satisfaction, while driving efficiencies in how we manage these interactions.
📝 About you
- Problem Solver: Excited to solve challenges ad-hoc.
- Analytical Thinker: Comfortable with data analysis and strategic problem-solving to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Hands-On & Proactive: Ready to execute plans and SOPs with precision and a “just-do-it” attitude.
- Organized Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (mandatory).
